subscription boxes - we aim to start shipping our boxes on the 10th of every month but this date can vary based on item delays, book delays, etc.

one-time gift box - if you ordered a one-time gift box, these items ship within 3-4 days of your order. this time allows us to ensure your gift order has all it takes to make your loved one feel more special.

custom boxes -if you want to build a custom box or bulk order custom boxes for birthdays, corporate events and more, we would love to work with you. send us an inquiry on bookbox.literaryvault@gmail.com and we will respond within 24-48 hours of receiving your email. We will be thrilled to be a part of your custom box journey.

more important details: We only ship to the USA currently and we are located in North Carolina. it takes anywhere from 4-7 business days for delivery after the box has been mailed. so, please be patient while the mail carrier is working to deliver your box of goodies.

our subscription options are currently monthly, 3 or 6 or 12 month commitments. this means that you will receive boxes for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months in a row and you will be billed on the 1st of every month for the duration of your subscription.

after the commitment period is up, you can choose to continue on a month-to-month basis or cancel your subscription.scared of commitment? you can also purchase a single one-time gift box and give us a try before you subscribe! if you have an emergency during your commitment period and need to skip a month (illness, travel, financial) please reach out at bookbox.literaryvault@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate your need depending on the situation.
